1. GENERAL TERMS

Please write in a neat and understanding manner.Be sure to provide me with clear reference images. I will not accept character design descriptions.It will as well be helpful if you are able to give me reference for the pose you wish for.All rudeness or ill behavior is not tolerated. If such occurs your commission will end up being canceled as a result.If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

2. PAYMENT

Most commissions must be paid in full upfront. Only exception is a bigger project/order in which we can speak about before being worked on.
Ex. Shaded Full-Body w/ additional characterThe currency accepted is USD and we settle on what process within contact. You will receive a invoice from me if I do take on your commission. Don't assume I will take it immediately.

3. PROCESS

Understand that my process is that I can work on sketches traditionally and then go over them digitally for line art which I typically try to make clean. Typically I try to do them digitally in which I heavily reference the pose ref given if not one I have searched for.Work In Progress (WIPs) will be given once the traditional sketch is done and when line art is done for any big or major alterations. After then you can no longer request those big alterations.WIPs might also be given if I the artist, wonder something about the commission. This will more typically be about coloring later on.The time for your commission to be completed can take on the matter of days up to months depending on many factors such as;Health(physical or mental), order of commission, complexity, work, school or family/social issues.If any of the things stated above have a big enough of an impact you will be noted immediately. If small expect a day in delay.

4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do what I can in my power to make my customers happy.With the major or big alterations at sketch and line art phase the alterations depending on how big it is you can be charged additionally but the first one is more than often free.However after a commission is finished or in the final stages, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.~
Any great changes will not be allowed.Once line art is finalized you can no longer ask for these big alterations.Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw a great portion or it completely.~
If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

Upmost - I Do Not Allow the usage of my art for any kind of AI or NFTI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.~
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
If you wish to have it as a private commission or mention/link your social this must be specified.The commissioner are allowed to;Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.~
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without permission. (Meaning making money of it in any way) This excludes selling the rights to their character. Any art may be used to add to the total value of a character.Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures.Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

6. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.If payment has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If the payment has been sent, you may receive a full refund so long as the sketching process hasn't been progressed to finish.In the case of a refund after the sketch is finished you will only be refunded at most 70% as of taking resources of mine such as time to the workIf you file a charge back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Kagaku, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I see fit as a warning to other consumers and producers.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
